Pilates

Pilates sessions are designed for all curious movers. When we meet one-on-one, we have time to research your movement questions based on your lived experience and personal ambitions. Groups add a fun social component and keep a nice flow. Practice can include Mat, Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chair, and Ladder Barrel exercises.

CoreAlign®

Practice dynamic, upright movement on two sliding carts with a ladder for balance. Great for practicing precision and control in a real-life standing environment. When meeting in-person, this service is limited to solo sessions. Virtual instruction available for any size group.

Functional Range Conditioning®

Highly detailed, focused work. Learn strategic mobility practices that support your articular health and longevity. 30 or 60 minutes, one-on-one only.

Please inquire about special rates for a 30 minute FRC® session through the end of 2023.
