Group Classes

Get moving and stay motivated in the friendly atmosphere of group classes at Pilates Homeroom. Our seasonal enrollment plans encourage consistent attendance, and our classes have up to five people each. Students build accountability relationships with their classmates. Weekly practice sets up the whole class for opportunities to both deep dive into foundational movement principles as well as progress to complex movement expressions.

  • Learn Pilates repertoire and the system that organizes it on the reformer and tower. Some content is repeated weekly, while other parts of class vary based on student requests on the day of class.

  • For students with a current and consistent Pilates practice. Advanced repertoire requires confidence in planks, backbends and rollovers. Balance challenges may require standing on the reformer's moving carriage. Minimum one full year of experience recommended.

  • Practice mostly on your own with Lori’s guidance. Bring your own program, borrow one from the library, or develop a routine during private lessons.

  • Learn the original 34 Pilates mat exercises featured in Joseph Pilates’ Return to Life, plus contemporary variations. These exercises can be incorporated in a daily exercise routine at home - all you need is a mat.
