Amy Yildizli

In 1996, Amy completed training to become a certified Doula with the amazing Penny Simkin and Seattle School of Midwifery. She also trained to be a post-partum Doula. Amy's passion for Pilates began in 2004 leading her to complete the BASI Pilates Teacher Training in Greece in 2009 continuing in 2012 with the Mentor Program. Amy completed pre-natal and post-natal Pilates training with the Center for Women’s Fitness. In 2014, she became a certified Buff Bones Instructor and completed a course with Anthony Lett focusing on flexibility development within Pilates. She also is a certified in CoreAlign Foundations. The CoreAlign is a newer apparatus designed to take the Pilates principles into an upright dynamic position. Amy has completed two of a four-part series of weeklong workshops by Madeline Black. These workshops focused on fascia release and alignment. In 2019, she attended a conference on fascia, articulation, and bone. She is training to be an American Sign Language interpreter.

Amy offers sessions during the early morning on Thursdays and from early morning until early afternoon on Saturdays. Check out her group classes Thursdays at 8:00am and Saturdays at 9:30am.
