I wanted to express how much I appreciate Lori and her Pilates work.  I am a 66 year old woman who has worked out regularly since being in my early 20’s.  I did aerobics, weight training, ran, and played tennis.  All high impact and muscle building work.  I looked great, but I was hurting myself.  I never looked forward to workouts.  I loved my trainers, but eventually all that work was over doing it.  The stress began to show on my body.  I have had many injuries, and I had to replace both of my knees by age 60.  

Lori has introduced me to Pilates, and I have a whole new vision of being in shape.  With my Pilates workouts, I may walk in tired and not feeling well, but by the time I leave I feel serene and alive!  Lori is an excellent Pilates teacher.  She watches my posture so closely and explains my moves in ways I understand at a whole new level.  I have learned to stand and move with body alignment.  I have worked with Lori for about 2 years.  She has a wonderful way of teaching.  Always gentle, always positive and most especially always right on with reading my body.  

I feel like Pilates opened me to a wonderful world where I can gain strength and stretch evenly.  It is improving my overall balance and I have no problem with injuries.  Lori is very good with knowing just how much to push me and what type of exercises are right for my body.  She is a great instructor. I look forward to going to my sessions with Lori.
